Official Contest Rules — Tag You're It

This contest is sponsored by Lyra Sha, operator of Point Blank Periodt (pointblankperiodt.com) ("Sponsor").

Eligibility

Open to individuals age 13 and older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Period

This is an ongoing, rolling promotion with no fixed end date. It runs until a winner is determined (the first entrant to reach 1,000 verified tags, as described below) or until Sponsor ends or modifies the promotion, whichever comes first. Sponsor may change or end this promotion at any time; any change will be posted on this page.

How to Enter

Enter your name and email address on pointblankperiodt.com to receive a unique "tag" link. Share your link, each unique person who clicks it counts as one "tag" toward your total. No purchase, payment, or donation is required to enter or to receive a tag link.

Winner Selection / Odds

The first entrant whose unique tag link reaches 1,000 verified tags wins. This is a skill/effort-based promotion (based on how widely a participant shares their link), not a random drawing, odds of winning depend on the number of entrants and each participant's own sharing effort. Sponsor reserves the right to verify tag counts and remove tags that appear fraudulent, duplicated, or bot-generated before declaring a winner.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $50 gift card, winner's choice of: Amazon, FYE, Texas Roadhouse, or Applebee's. Approximate retail value: $50. No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry. Winner must respond within 14 days of notification to claim the prize, or Sponsor may award it to the next-highest tag count. Sponsor is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant it believes, in its sole discretion, is tampering with entry, using bots, or otherwise acting unfairly. Any tax liability associated with the prize is the sole responsibility of the winner (or the winner's parent/guardian if the winner is a minor). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social platform used to share tag links.
